Committees

    Community Chest

    Organizes the annual holiday giving campaigns, Thanksgiving and Christmas food baskets, and “Adopt-a-Family” program. 

    Early Act

    Supports the youth arm of Rotary for Elementary school children. 

    Foundation

    Supports the club members’ understanding of the Rotary Foundation, its work, and the reasons for and importance of donating to the Foundation.

    Fundraising Committee

    Plans and produces various events throughout the Rotary year (July-June) supporting our annual giving fund, the Lincoln Woodstock Community Chest Fund, and other local nonprofit organizations.

    Grant Committee

    Considers options for potential grant applications and prepares the application documents for District and International project grants. 

    Interact

    Supports the youth arm of Rotary for the High School aged participants. 

    Membership

    Encourages new membership, supports the smooth transition of members into the club as they join, and facilitates a sense of community amongst members. 

    Raffle Committee

    Plans and organizes our major annual fundraiser – the vehicle raffle, Grand Prize of which is currently a Ford F150 Lariat.  Manages the ticket sales, and organizes the drawing and celebration, which is held in mid-September each year. 

    RYLA

    Supports the selection and application process for High School Juniors to participate in the annual Rotary Youth Leadership Academy.  When possible, members are also encouraged to participate in the RYLA event. 

      Speech Contest

      In coordination with Lin-Wood school, and other clubs in the District, organize and provide scoring for the annual High School speech contest scholarship awards.

      Memorial Ski Race

      Planning and producing a new ski race event in January 2027 based on the model of the race held by early members of our club. 

      Budget & Finance

      Responsible for maintaining the financial records of the club, filing required reports, and reporting to club members.
